Using your current camera system, Swissguard will monitor your site “after hours” or when no one is supposed to be on your site. Rules and guidelines will be set up for the site which will trigger an analytic based alarm that will be sent in real time to our operators for verification and possible escalation.

How does event-based camera monitoring work:

• The AI analytics will route the images from the cameras to the screens of our operators based in our external remote monitoring station.
• The software that is used with the cameras will monitor activity on your site. As soon as an alarm is activated on your site based upon rules and guidelines, the incident is routed to the screen of a security operator.
• The security operator will disregard false alarms, contact your call list for clarification, or escalate to the police for suspicious or criminal activity in progress.
